What information do we collect?
Port Jackson Partners Limited (“us” or “we”) collects personal information (that is, information or an opinion about an individual whether true or not and recorded in a material form or not) in certain areas on the Site, but in particular, information sent to us by job applicants (“you”), including the information provided when the online job application form is completed and submitted. The personal information provided helps us understand your qualifications, experience and suitability for employment with us. If you do not provide us with this information, we will not be able to consider your application for employment.
In addition, we collect certain information that you may not knowingly give us, such as your IP address, browsing pattern on the Site, click stream and the status of cookies placed on your computer by us. We will only collect personal information in a fair, lawful and unobtrusive manner.
Do we disclose any information to third parties?
We may exchange information with other people and organisations concerning you. This may include previous employers, educational institutions and industry contacts, as well as referees whose names and contacts you provide to us. What we will do with personal information
When we have your considered personal information, we will decide whether or not to make a formal offer of employment. If an offer is made, the personal information provided to us will form part of your employee record. If no offer is made, we may retain personal information for a period of time for the purpose of considering your application for future opportunities.
