Tess joined Port Jackson Partners in 2019 after completing her Social Research and Policy (Hons) degree at UNSW.
Prior to joining PJP, Tess completed summer internships at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia and consulting firm L.E.K. Tess has also worked at the Black Dog Institute, the Australian Human Rights Commission and the Intellectual Disability Behaviour Support Unit.
Tess holds a Bachelor of Social Research and Policy with First Class Honours from the University of New South Wales, graduating as the University Medallist. Along with her studies at UNSW, Tess was a semi-finalist at the Australasian Women’s Debating Championship in 2016.
