Ramesh joined Port Jackson Partners in 2016 as a Director and brings extensive consulting and investment banking experience to the firm.
Ramesh combines extensive strategy consulting and investment banking experience to advise CEOs and senior management across a broad range of industries on complex corporate strategy and organisational issues, including growth strategies, business portfolio mix and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Port Jackson Partners, Ramesh was a Partner and Managing Director at BCG, where he co-led the Industrial Practice. Ramesh was also a Managing Director at Credit Suisse Investment Banking in New York, where he was the co-head of the corporate finance group, and was a senior partner at Marakon Associates, a strategy consulting firm headquartered in New York.
Ramesh has written and spoken frequently on topics related to shareholder value creation, including co-authoring BCG’s Australian Value Creators Report for 2012 through 2014, and speaking on ‘Pursuing longer term growth in a short term world’.
Ramesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai and an MBA from the University of California.
