Grant joined Port Jackson Partners in 1998 and became a Director in 2016.
Grant has worked on a diverse range of strategic issues in the resources, retailing, distribution, manufacturing, logistics, downstream and upstream petroleum and education sectors, among others. He is experienced in M&A transaction support, including strategic assessment, synergy evaluation, valuation and communications strategy development and execution. As well as his activities in the corporate sector, Grant has also worked on a range of public policy issues, including emissions trading policy and energy infrastructure development.
Grant has a First Class Honours degree in Physics from the University of New South Wales and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.
