I believe PJP has offered me a development pathway that few, if any, other employer would be able to match. The small size of the teams allows you to take on far greater responsibility much earlier in your career, and supports greater exposure to Partners and senior clients right from the get-go. The opportunities to travel with PJP have also been phenomenal.
Callum joined Port Jackson Partners in 2015 and is now a Senior Associate.
Callum has worked on a number of projects during his time at PJP. He spent most of the last two years working on projects across ASEAN, China and India, primarily supporting a leading building materials company with the development of their growth strategy in Asia. Callum also assisted the Northern Territory Government in assessing the feasibility of a multi billion-dollar piece of rail infrastructure, which resulted in the formation of a joint steering committee between the Northern Territory, Queensland and Federal Governments to further develop the project. He has also worked with a major agriculture co-operative in New Zealand, where he grew up, to develop a turnaround strategy for the business.
In 2017, Callum completed the Qvartz exchange – he was based in Copenhagen and worked on several projects across Europe during the six months of his exchange.
Callum has a Bachelor of Environments (Construction) from Melbourne University (University Medal), which included an exchange to the University of California: Berkeley. He also has a Diploma of Applied Finance from Kaplan Professional.
